Our President and founder is Ryan Hoback. Mr. Hoback started his first company when he was 19, a t-shirt design and retail clothing line called Miami Gear.

Mr. Hoback founded the FIU Habitat for Humanity chapter. After graduating from Florida International University, Mr. Hoback was hired as the Director of Marketing for Babcock-Ernst Engineering. He worked with this firm for 3 years full time and currently retains a temporary executive position through his role as a sales consultant with www.motivatedentrepreneur.com.

After spending time in the corporate environment and receiving a business degree Mr. Hoback decided he had more to offer himself and his community; so he formed The Motivated Entrepreneur. Mr. Hoback has a pure desire to help all entrepreneurs achieve success regardless of what economic status they may fall into. He understands that not everyone has the time or the proper knowledge to cover all areas of business management, so The Motivated Entrepreneur was created to serve as a vehicle for finding solutions to business owner’s needs.
